Butendiek has been the fastest built wind farm to date.

 

It is a 288 mw offshore wind farm in the North Sea 32km west of Sylt, comprising of 80 3.6mw turbines supplying approximately 370,000 houses with green energy.

 

All subsea fibre optic jointing and testing was carried out by OFS.
