The 165MW offshore wind farm, owned by Parkwind, is situated some 45 kilometres off the coast of Ostend and will provide green energy to 186,000 households.

The second phase includes the construction of a 165MW offshore wind farm, an offshore 33KV/220KV substation. The installation of Alstom's next generation 6MW direct drive offshore wind turbine for an approximate 40MW capacity.
